By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but photography, packaging and recipes change. The information printed on the pack you receive is what governs — including net weight, ingredients, allergens, production and expiry dates.

If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, check the pack itself and ask us before ordering.

An order you send through this site or by WhatsApp is a request to buy, not a concluded contract. A sale exists once our team confirms the items, quantity, price and delivery with you.

We may decline or adjust an order — for example when an item is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or the quantity is outside what we supply for that channel.

Prices on this site are in Afghanis (AFN) and are indicative for retail quantities. Wholesale and distributor pricing is agreed separately. Prices can change without notice; the price we confirm on your order is the one that applies.

Payment terms are agreed directly with our sales office. This site does not process card payments.

Delivery areas, times and costs depend on the destination and the size of the order, and are confirmed with you before dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Check the goods on arrival. Tell us about damage, shortages or quality problems promptly so we can put them right.

Sending a distribution request does not create a distribution agreement, an appointment or any exclusivity. Any partnership begins only with a separate written agreement signed by Heray Food Industry.

The chat assistant is an automated helper. Its answers can be incomplete or out of date and are not a binding quotation, nor dietary, medical or legal advice. Confirm anything that matters with our team before you rely on it.

The Heray name and crest, our brand names, product names, packaging designs, photography and the text of this site belong to Heray Food Industry or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Distributors and shops may use product images we supply to sell our goods, on the condition that the products and brands are shown accurately.

Do not attempt to break into, overload or disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, use it to send unlawful or misleading content, or present yourself as Heray Food Industry or one of our distributors when you are not.

Where we link to another site — a social media page, a partner, a map — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the quality and safety of the goods we actually supply, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Afghanistan, and the competent courts in Herat have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above. Orders are governed by the terms in force when we confirm them.
