Our commitment
Quality in every batch
Quality isn't a department at Heray — it's a habit that runs through everyone who touches a batch, from the first sack of wheat to the last sealed pack.
Our standards
Four promises we keep
Trusted ingredients
We source wheat, sugar and dairy from suppliers we've worked with for years, and we don't swap ingredients to cut costs. What's on the label is what's in the batch.
Modern equipment, careful hands
Our Herat Industrial Park facility runs modern mixing, baking and packaging lines — but every line is watched by an experienced operator, not left to run unsupervised.
Checked before it ships
Every batch is checked for taste, texture and appearance against our own recipe standard before it's cleared for packaging — the same check we've used since 1993.
Built for Afghan taste
Our recipes are developed and tested for Afghan households first — familiar flavors, consistent texture, and a price that makes sense for daily life.
How we check it
From wheat to wrapper
Sourcing
Wheat, sugar and dairy are sourced from long-term suppliers and checked on arrival before they're accepted into the facility.
Production
Batches are mixed and baked at our Herat Industrial Park facility under the supervision of experienced production staff.
Inspection
Every batch is tasted and inspected for texture, appearance and consistency before it moves to packaging.
Packaging & traceability
Finished product is sealed, dated and logged, so every case can be traced back to the batch it came from.

Certifications
Working to formal standards
All Heray products are prepared in line with halal requirements. We're currently working toward formal food-safety certification for our Herat Industrial Park facility, and we'll publish those credentials here as soon as they're issued.
